Base Camp Cohorts are small groups of exceptional General Managers who:

  • Are carefully vetted to ensure an exceptional fit,
  • Are coached to set powerful and effective goals for their business and themselves,
  • Commit to meeting 1 day per month to foster accountability, tackle key challenges, drive innovation and draw on the power of mutual learning.

A Base Camp Cohort is made up of:

  • Maximum 8 General Managers and Senior Leaders in each cohort
  • A highly trained and experienced Executive Coach
  • Rotating panel of Subject Matter Experts from trusted partners.

Base Camp Cohort criteria selection:

  • Are you accountable to a CEO or Director in your role?
  • Are you leading an operational team or team of other leaders?
  • Are you seeking ways to enhance your leadership abilities?
  • Are you open to exchanging experiences and receive insights and accountability from peers?
